Getting Started
To get started with Mocha Writer's services, give me a call, text me or send me an email detailing the project you have in mind, and please be as specific as possible. Once I receive your call or email, I'll ask any questions I have. (I generally reply to emails within 24-48 hours).
After we discuss your needs, I will send you a quote, and upon your acceptance, I'll email you a contract. It will help make sure that 1) Your work is delivered promptly and correctly, and 2) I receive payment in a timely manner. I do ask for a deposit upfront, and the amount varies. I start on your project after the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
Pricing and Fees
I create a flat fee for most projects, and you can see the prices of most services here.
Payment
Payment can be made by check or through PayPal.
Production
I do not physically make (print, copy or distribute) any created material. The final drafts of work are given to you via email.
